Can't find what you need? Call or email and a real person will answer.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3–8 pm and check-out is 11 am. Arriving after 8 pm is fine: we'll email a door code the morning you arrive and leave a snack plate in your room. We're happy to store bags if you arrive early or leave late.
Is breakfast really included?
Yes. Every rate includes a three-course breakfast for two, served 8–10 am, plus the evening wine hour from 5–6 pm. We can pack breakfast to go if you need to leave early.
Can you cater for dietary needs?
Vegetarian options are on the menu every day. We cook gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan breakfasts with 24 hours notice. Tell us about any allergies in your booking request.
Is there parking and EV charging?
Free parking in our private lot, with two Level 2 EV chargers you can use at no charge. Sonoma Plaza is a 15-minute walk, so most guests leave the car here in the evenings.
Do you accept children or pets?
We welcome children aged 12 and over. We can’t accept pets, but service animals are always welcome.
Is the inn accessible?
The Garden Twin is on the ground floor with a roll-in shower, grab bars, wide doors and a level path to breakfast. The Courtyard Room is also step-free. The upper rooms are reached by stairs only.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Inside 7 days we charge the first night, but we refund it if we re-let the room.
Can we book the whole house?
Yes. All six rooms sleep up to 12 guests, which works well for small weddings, reunions and team retreats. Email us for a quote.
